Includes evaluations and subsequent remediation in the areas of reading, math, writing, and test-taking as well as memory, visual, language, and auditory processing. Use of Orton-Gillingham,Wilson, and other multi-sensory techniques. Preparation of IEPs and educational reports. 1992-Present.

Learning Specialist, Public Schools CT, NY. Responsibilities included addressing the needs of students with learning disabilities and delays in the classroom. Included evaluations and subsequent remediation in the areas of reading, math, writing, and test-taking as well as memory, visual, language, and auditory processing. Used Orton-Gillingham,Wilson, and other multi-sensory techniques. Supported students with special needs in the regular classroom. Prepared IEPs and educational reports. Followed IEP goals.
